Sarah Nelson Allstate Agency, located in Bedford, TX, has an immediate opening for a full-time Sales Professional. We are seeking someone with a great attitude, outgoing personality, who 'never meets a stranger,' has stellar computer skills, the ability to multi-task and close deals.

Insurance experience is not required we will train the right person with the right personality!

A Property & Casualty (P&C) Producer License is required for the position, but we can show you how to obtain the necessary license.

The process takes anywhere from 2-3 weeks.

This is NOT a remote position, please only apply if you can come into our local office.

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to :

Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.

Generate insurance quotes, and close sales.

Ability to source existing and new customers for new business opportunities.

Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.

Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email and potential client lists.

Qualifications

Be able to obtain or currently possess a Property & Casualty insurance license.

Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.

Confident, self-starter who works well independently.

Able to influence others.

Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations.

Driven and goal-oriented individual
