Role: Technical Product Owner (with Salesforce experience)
Location: Bellevue, WA (Onsite from Day 1)
Job Type: Contract
Required:
- 8 years of progressive career in IT.
- 5 years' experience as an Agile Product owner, or equivalent experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner for a SaaS product.
- Experience with Salesforce is essential, experience in Service Cloud is a preference.
- Should have a deep understanding of Salesforce's capabilities and features and you keep up to date on new features and functionality that gets released.
- Should be able to write a detailed Product Requirements Doc.
- Any one Salesforce certification is must.
- Problem solving skills - be able to break down high level requirements into actionable tasks.
- Be familiar with data driven product optimization; Good product design and interaction design skills.
- Cross culture work experience is preferred.
