Overall 15 years as a Testing/QA and 12 years exp in Test Automation, focusing on Tricentis Tosca.

Tricentis TOSCA Certification is mandatory.

Job Details:

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Test Architect specializing in Tricentis Tosca to join our team.
• As a Senior Tricentis Tosca Test Architect, the candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and documenting test automation solutions using Tricentis Tosca aligning to client’s Business Units.
• The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to define test automation strategies, develop automation frameworks, and ensure the successful execution of automated tests.
• The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Tricentis Tosca, strong leadership abilities, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality test automation solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient test automation frameworks using Tricentis Tosca.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define test automation strategies and ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
• Lead the implementation and execution of automated test suites for functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the test automation team, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
• Customize and extend Tricentis Tosca functionalities to meet specific project requirements and enhance test automation capabilities.
• Integrate Tricentis Tosca with tools (Qtest for Test Management, ADO for Features/User stories) and systems within the software development lifecycle, such as CI/CD pipelines and issue tracking systems.
• Analyze test results and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement in test coverage and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Tricentis Tosca implementation and test automation processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 15 years’ experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance.
• 12 years of experience in test automation, with a focus on Tricentis Tosca.
• Proven experience designing and implementing test automation frameworks using Tricentis Tosca.
• Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Proficiency in programming languages commonly used for test automation, such as Selenium, Java, C#, or Python.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in Agile development teams is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership abilities, with a track record of leading and mentoring teams.
• Tricentis Tosca certification (e.g., Tricentis Certified Tosca Automation Engineer) is a mandatory.
