This leader has oversight of the development and implementation of FPG-wide overarching clinical protocols, processes, and procedures, providing standardized clinical staff training, as well as monthly clinical audits and activities of multiple FPG locations. In this role, the leader sets the tone and models positive leadership behavior and may perform as a Clinical Float as needed.Required Qualifications:

- Require five (5) years of healthcare experience in a physician office setting.
- Require current certification as a Certified Medical Assistant by the American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA), National Healthcare Association (NHA), National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT), National Association for Health Professionals (NAHP) or a Registered Medical Assistant by the American Medical Technologists (AMT) with 5 years of healthcare experience in a physician office setting.Preferred Qualifications:
