As an Assistant Community Manager / Office Assistant, you will have the opportunity to apply your administrative knowledge and service-centered personality to take a supportive approach in making a positive and notable differences in our Greenville, North Carolina manufactured home communities.
Job Qualifications
- Available to work full-time, weekdays, 9 AM – 5 PM local time
- Proficient in using office equipment and software solutions
- Professional experience working in an office environment and providing customer service in a related field
- Good communication skills; bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
- Leasing and sales experience and/or a desire to engage in this activity
- Organization skills (e.g., record-keeping)
- Ability to lift, push, and/or pull 25 pounds
- $32,000 - $38,000 annually, based on experience, hourly accumulation, and paid in bi-weekly increments
