Saratoga Hospital is Hiring a Registered Nurse - Community Health Center Near Saratoga Springs, NY
Summary Of PositionOrganizes and administers individualized, professional patient care to patients of primary care within the Community Health Center. Provides nursing care as directed by the provider and in accordance with the objectives, policies and procedures of the hospital and the state Nurse Practice Act. Provides clinical leadership to other members of the care team and creates a caring and healing environment where patients and their family are the center of the care process.
Ensures all documentation is accurate and in compliance with institutional standards within the designated EMR.
Coordinates care with other Registered Nurses within the Community Health Center, in support of integrated model.
Minimum QualificationsGraduate of an accredited school of nursing. BSN preferred. Licensed to practice in New York State. Previous outpatient experience preferred. Will pursue additional certification to enhance patient education skills
Required Skills, Abilities And Attributes
Pay Grade: PRN
Compensation may vary based upon, but not limited to: overall experience and qualifications, shift, and location.

- Must be efficient and effective in the use of resources.
- Proficient in the use of computers for e-mail and electronic medical records as applicable.
