Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our grocery store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing profitability.

Duties:
- Interview, hire, and train new employees
- Manage inventory, stock shelves, and oversee merchandising
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive revenue
- Supervise cash register operations and ensure accuracy in transactions
- Develop and implement training programs for staff
- Create and manage budgets to meet financial goals
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in a grocery store environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of stock management and inventory control
- Familiarity with sales strategies and marketing techniques
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Phone etiquette skills for effective communication with customers and suppliers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
