• Creates, analyzes, and distributes data generated by the Reliability organization. Ensure the accuracy of the data so that it can be effectively and efficiently utilized to deliver a results driven Reliability Centered Culture.
• Accountable to analyze large amounts of raw information to find patterns that will in support of Asset Integrity and Reliability within North American Operations and build data products to extract valuable business insights.
• Leverage critical thinking and problem-solving skills to interpret data with the goal to identify trends and provide analytical tools to facilitate better decision making.

Leads the efficient and effective delivery of Data Management Reliability Services by:

• Maintaining and auditing the Data Management work processes to ensure that appropriate and accurate information is being collected to support the Reliability Services department objectives. • Proactively gathering information from various data sources, integrating, and preparing large datasets of varying structure and complexity, architect data models, and design specialized database solutions • Analyzing production and business data with advanced statistical methods (Descriptive, Predictive and Prescriptive) to discover trends and patterns. • Developing software solutions following best practices to sustainably implement the optimizations, algorithms, solutions, and predictions. • Deploying advanced to complex models, algorithms, and tools which drive improvement across Sasol's Reliability Dept. Assist with communication, improve transparency, and relay information. • Maintaining Master data and governance within SAP/Meridium • Identifying valuable data sources and automate collection processes. • Performing preprocessing of structured and unstructured data. • Building dashboards and visualizations for presenting data in the most effective manner. • Collaborating with engineering, IM, and data management teams to solve complex problems. • Training teammates to understand processes and current data dashboards in PowerBI. • Lead integration of S4 Hana KPI reporting, BW (Business Warehouse), and set up customized dashboards for Users once we complete migration. • Providing SAP support within the PM Module. Creating/Editing Maintenance plans, BOMs, and Equipment. • Supporting the Reliability SharePoint & Teams sites as an Administrator.

• 5 years of Maintenance / Reliability Master Data Management experience
• 5 SAP PM: Experience running WO/Notification, maintenance plans, equipment hierarchy and associated reporting.
• 5 years APM Meridium experience
• 1 year PowerBI experience

• Excellent oral and written communication skills (interpersonal and public speaking). - English
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Suite, PowerBI, SAP PM, GE APM (Meridium).
