Role Title: Member Experience Associate

Location: Kirkland, WA

In this role, you'll embody Sasquatch Strength's core values of warmth, honesty, willingness, and belief, ensuring that every member feels valued and supported. Your responsibilities will include maintaining a clean and organized gym, providing excellent customer service, and executing member onboarding processes. You'll also be instrumental in driving membership growth and retention through personal interactions and strategic outreach efforts. Responsibilities:

  • Help the team achieve Sasquatch’s mission and vision by embodying Sasquatch’s core values, Be Warm, Be Honest, Be Willing, Believe
  • Help execute Sasquatch’s core processes to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, consistent results, and growth of the membership, revenue, and profit.
  • Execute special projects/tasks as directed by the General Manager.
  • Attend weekly team meetings, weekly one-on-one meetings, and additional trainings as necessary with the General Manager or Franchise Success Manager.
  • Attend the quarterly State of the Company Address to understand the bigger picture at Sasquatch and ensure alignment with the Leadership Team’s goals & vision for the future. 
  • Maintain a clean and organized gym by following the appropriate daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly maintenance/cleaning procedures.
  • Ensure a warm, friendly, and welcoming environment at Sasquatch by smiling, greeting everyone by name, and being present for the people that are in front of you.
  • Provide excellent customer service by replying to calls, texts, emails, and in-person inquiries with warmth and speed.
  • Implement and execute Sasquatch’s member onboarding processes to ensure that new members receive a good initial experience at Sasquatch and start reaching their goals right away.
  • Help conduct weekly attendance reach-outs with members to help them be consistent with their training sessions and personal check-ins with members twice per month to ensure a great experience and check progress on goals. 
  • Assist members with regular Inbody assessments by interpreting results, celebrating progress, and having honest conversations about what it takes to see progress.
  • Help send every member a handwritten note once per quarter to show that you and your team truly care about them.
  • Help drive the sales pipeline forward to ensure a continual influx of new members and revenue by implementing Sasquatch’s lead outreach processes.
  • Help drive Sasquatch’s referral program forward to bring in new members.
  • Conduct one-on-one wellness assessments with prospective members to understand their needs completely, get baseline numbers, and help them find the appropriate program for their needs and goals. 

Requirements:

  • Availability from 5:45am to 9:15am Monday - Friday. Some Saturdays from 6:45am to 10:15am.
  • Demonstrates a genuine enthusiasm for fitness and wellness.
  • Acts as a role model for healthy living, inspiring members through personal commitment.
  • Some demonstrated experience in sales and customer service.
  • Provides outstanding service with warmth and speed, ensuring all member interactions are positive.
  • Has a proactive approach to solving member issues, always seeking to exceed expectations.
  • Communicates clearly, effectively, and with empathy, both verbally and in writing.
  • Can engage members with a friendly and approachable demeanor, remembering names and personal details.
  • Maintains a clean and organized environment by strictly adhering to maintenance and cleaning schedules.
  • Efficiently manages time and prioritizes tasks to ensure all responsibilities are met without compromising quality.
  • Collaborates effectively with team members, embodying the core values of warmth, honesty, willingness, and belief.
  • Actively participates in team meetings, training sessions, and company events, contributing positively to the team dynamic.
  • Pays close attention to details in all tasks, from maintaining gym cleanliness to conducting wellness assessments.
  • Adapts to new processes and feedback with a positive attitude.
  • Upholds the highest standards of honesty and integrity in all interactions.
  • Builds strong relationships with members, creating a tight-knit, supportive community.
  • Shows a strong track record of meeting sales targets and contributing to the overall success of a team.

Expected Results:

  • Consistently achieves and surpasses performance metrics related to membership growth and member satisfaction.

Compensation:

  • $18.50/hr - $20.00/hr
