Line cook

Satchels is an upscale, lively neighborhood restaurant with an ever-evolving, hyper-seasonal menu and badass bar.

We are looking for a talented and dedicated line cook to join our team. Candidates must have a drive to make delicious food, work with good spirit and enjoy being a part of a team.

We are a small, tight-knit team of restaurant professionals that work in unison to craft memorable dining experiences and truly connect with our guests.

  • 2-3 yrs experience
  • Ability to work in tight space, navigate stairs and variety of work space environments
  • Experience in a similar position with solid understanding of and ability to work all kitchen stations
  • Some pastry, pasta experience a plus
  • Organization, cleanliness & time-management skills
  • A passion and respect for ingredients, farmers, purveyors and producers
  • A firm dedication to craft and technique
  • A desire to provide and understand hospitality inside and outside of the kitchen

Compensation : Hourly ($21-$23)
