Who you are:
You will lead efforts to increase revenue and venture into new market segments. This role involves crafting and executing a detailed sales strategy, utilizing in-depth market analysis and competitive insights to pinpoint and seize expansion opportunities. This position will be pivotal in synthesizing complex market data to inform strategic decisions and drive Satechi’s growth in existing and prospective markets. This is a full-time exempt position.
What you will be doing:
Design and implement a strategic sales plan to increase revenue and effectively prepare for expansion into additional market segments.
Serve as the Subject Matter Expert leveraging competitive intel, market data, and trends to identify and secure sales and expansion opportunities.
Develop and maintain working knowledge of all Satechi’s products and competitors.
Collaborate with product and technical managers to develop clear and concise product strategies/business plans for both current and future targeted markets.
Provide accurate and timely business forecasts on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis for both potential and current customers.
Review and analyze sales and operational records and reports; use data to project sales, determine profitability, target and identify potential new markets.
Demonstrate proficiency with all current sales, marketing and administrative tools, including CRM and other sales revenue tracking software.
Provide ongoing leadership and training to network of distributors and independent sales representatives.
Develop and manage channel-specific pricing, promotions and program strategies.
Perform other duties as assigned.
What we are looking for:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
At least 5-7 years of sales experience, with experience managing a product portfolio in the consumer electronics
Strong knowledge of consumer sales/marketing principles
Must have a proven track record of developing business with major business accounts and with strong U.S. relationships.
Proven ability to successfully develop and own customer relationships and strong track record of building collaborative internal/external relationships
Strong forecasting skills with the ability to produce various reports accurately and promptly as required.
Strong business acumen, superior analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights and initiatives to drive top/bottom-line growth
Strong communication skills, highly organized with the ability to manage timelines and objectives effectively
Excellent negotiator and influencer, leveraging business analytics & insights to achieve desired outcomes
Self-motivated, self-directed, flexible and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Good tech stack: Working knowledge of CRM software, Asana, and Microsoft Office Suite (with strong presentation and facilitation abilities required).
Experience in supporting and facilitating cross-departmental interdependencies
High-level of confidence, integrity, enthusiasm, executive presence that fits a fast-paced, energetic and proactive organization

Compensation:
The pay range for this position is $110,000 - $140,000 plus a quarterly commission structure. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This information is provided per the relevant state and local pay transparency laws for the location in which this position will be performed.
