Parts Consultant

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Assist all guests (retail and shop) in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner
- Inform guests of companion part requirements and specials, and ensures that the guest is exposed to the full product line
- Answer phone calls, providing price quotes and other information
- Pull and fill orders from stock
- Assist outside sales representatives with their orders
- Issue and track requested shop tools to technicians
- Set up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up
Schedule:
Average earnings of $38,000-50,000 made up of an annual base salary of $30,000 a monthly parts department bonus depending on experience.
