Duties include, inventory management, closing, periodical cash drops and staff managment.
**Responsibilities:**
- Assist in overseeing daily operations and workflow to maintain efficiency
- Support the Manager in implementing strategies to meet sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction
- Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking products
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns, providing excellent customer service
- Assist in training and supervising staff members to ensure high performance levels
- Help with payroll processing and time management for employees
- Utilize POS systems effectively to process transactions accurately
- Collaborate with the team to create engaging sales strategies and promotions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in a retail or similar setting is preferred
- Proficiency in basic math skills for inventory management and sales transactions
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to multitask and manage various responsibilities simultaneously
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
- Experience in buying or merchandising is beneficial
