Sauk Rapids Rice Public Schools is Hiring a Program Assistant Kids Club Near Sauk Rapids, MN
Job Duties
- Provides general daily oversight of the program site for staff and students in the daily conduct and daily activities for the program
- Assigns staff daily activities and functions based on the program curriculum and management plan
- Communicates with building personnel and parents
- Actively participates in the implementation of the daily program curriculum and activities
- Is directly engaged in the implementation of the curriculum/activities
- Participates and assists staff in implementing activities and interacting with students in relationship building
- Works directly with students within the childcare program on a regular basis
- Provides direct supervision of the children in the program
- Is responsible for direct child or youth supervision
- Is responsible for creating a safe environment
- Reviews and implements procedures according to SAC and DHS policies
- Performs other related duties as assigned
- AA degree or the completion of a combination of district training programs, experience, and course work of an equivalent nature and level to perform the requirements of the work
- Certified in first aid and CPR or willing to obtain certification
- Knowledge of:
— School Aged Child Care and Early Childhood program operational policies and procedures
- Fundamentals of supervision and supervisory techniques
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Ability to:
— Implement site activities in accordance with curriculum standards
— Assign work
- Skilled in:
—Using computers, Microsoft Office, and Google Docs to prepare, format, and generate correspondence and business reports and forms
Salary$20.00 per hour
