Are you an experienced sales and account management professional in the trades or construction staffing industry? Do you thrive on building lasting client relationships and driving business growth? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!
We are seeking a dynamic Regional Sales & Account Manager to join our expanding national trades and construction recruitment team. This remote position requires you to reside in Washington, Nevada, Arizona, Colorado, or Texas, with the ability to engage in face-to-face meetings with clients and prospects within your territory.
What You'll Do:
  • Drive Business Growth: Implement innovative business development strategies to present and sell our services to both new and existing clients, increasing market share and revenue.
  • Prospect with Precision: Utilize database leads, marketing initiatives, cutting-edge technical tools, and networking to identify and connect with potential customers.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Foster and maintain robust client connections through excellent communication skills, whether by phone, in-person visits, at networking events, or during trade shows.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed agreed-upon sales goals within specified deadlines.
  • Negotiate with Confidence: Manage rate and agreement negotiations to secure beneficial terms for both the company and the client.
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their temporary and direct hire needs, ensuring optimal staffing solutions.
  • Ensure Client Satisfaction: Act as the primary point of contact for resolving client inquiries and concerns, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Support Business Development: Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling sales proposals, presentations, bids, and other correspondence that support business development efforts.
  • Stay Connected: Regularly update clients on the latest developments and set follow-up appointments to maintain strong, ongoing relationships.
