Responsibilities include setting daily production priorities, ensuring products produced meet customer specifications and food safety requirements, supervising operations to maximize facility productivity, overseeing facility sanitation and cleanliness as well as ensuring Team Member safety. Requirements of a successful Mill Superintendent: 5 years of progressive milling experience 4 yr degree in Milling Science History of leading and developing teams of millers Strong mechanical aptitude Here are some of the physical requirements of this role: This job can be physically strenuous You will be expected to be able to work in tight and confined spaces You will need the ability to frequently lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds and occasionally more You will be required to wear PPE All Team Members shall be subject to drug testing and background checks.
