The People Systems Analyst position plays an integral part in providing administrative support in maintaining, monitoring, and improving the Company’s people system These are just a few of the benefits you can expect from working with Savage:A culture that appreciates our Team MembersPaid Time Off (“PTO”) and paid holidaysProfit SharingExcellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k) Paid Parental and Uniformed Services leaveWhat You’ll Be Doing:Provide system administrative support of Dayforce including ongoing system setup and maintenance (security, reporting, dashboards, forms, workflows, and assigned HRIS modules)Perform audit and compliance checks, analyses, and investigations of system configurations and outputsAssist with patch upgrades and testing plansFacilitate alignment of Dayforce to support business objectives, goals, metrics, and strategiesIdentify, develop, and deploy tools to support process improvementMonitor the interaction and integration of multiple systems (interfaces, data exports, etc.)Prepare end user documentation and training materials as neededCollaborate with users in HR, IT, Finance, Accounting, and OperationsPerform work under minimal supervision, being able to handle complex issues and problemsWhat You Need to Be Successful:Intermediate understanding of data analytics and reporting including SQL, reports and dashboard creation, KPI development, etc.Experience with Dayforce (preferred) or other HRIS systems: Workday, ADP, or OracleOrganized and capable of managing multiple and/or changing prioritiesSelf-motivated and proactive with good problem-solving and critical-thinking skillsAble and willing to ‘think out of the box’Strong interpersonal and communication (both oral and written) skills and a team playerVersatility, flexibility, and willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with a sense of urgencyPreferred Education/Experience:Bachelor’s degree and 4-6 years of related experience or 5-10 years of qualified experienceCertifications Preferred: SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, HRIP or other related Physical Requirements:Office-related work environment, must be able to sit for long periods of time
