SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Savannah Distributing Company, family owned and operated and a leader in the beverage distribution industry, is seeking dependable full-time Set Captain Coordinator / Relief Sales for its fast-paced Savannah location. Are you a sales professional with a knack for establishing robust customer relationships? We are seeking to employ a focused and dedicated sales representative to join our dynamic sales team.

As a Set Captain Coordinator / Relief Sales your role will involve executing sales strategies when covering designated routes to facilitate sales, promote brand engagement, and ensure overall customer satisfaction. This position will also be required to cover resets and new store sets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage assigned sales routes effectively and efficiently.
2. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
3. Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints with utmost professionalism.
4. Attend Sets and Resets.
5. Regularly feed back information to management regarding customer needs and complaints.
6. Work closely with the sales team Managers/Area Managers, and contribute to the company's sales strategy and overall success.

Ideal Candidate:

We are seeking an individual who can demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills. An ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales with experience in dealing with a variety of clients. Experience in route sales is a bonus, however, not a necessity.

A valid driver's license and the ability to perform physical duties associated with this role are essential.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

· HS Diploma or GED, strongly preferred

Skills/Qualifications:

• Experience in alcohol distribution and special events
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Strong work ethic with ability to work with little supervision
• Basic mathematical skills
• Dependable with excellent time management skills
• Pass pre-employment and random drug screens
• Have reliable transportation to work each day
• A team player with strong communication skills
• Must be able to pass background and drug test
• Must have reliable transportation & live within the Greater Savannah area
