Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nursing Assistant to join our team. As a Nursing Assistant, you will provide essential support to our healthcare professionals and assist in delivering high-quality care to our clients. Duties:
- Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide assistance with mobility and transfers
- Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes to the nursing staff
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
- Follow proper procedures for infection control and aseptic technique
- Document patient information, including medical records and care plans
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families

Experience:
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
- Experience working with seniors or individuals in assisted living or nursing home facilities is beneficial
- Knowledge of physiology and basic medical terminology is desirable

Skills:
- Compassionate and empathetic nature
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Qualifications:

• CNA license (if a CNA, must provide a copy)
• 1 years of Personal Care experience
• Current CPR, TB Test (must have at time of interview)
• Driver's License w/Clean DMV
• Reliable transportation
• Clean Criminal Background and Drug-Free
• 3 professional references
• Have a sympathetic attitude toward the care of the sick and elderly
• Ability to carry out directions, read, and write
