Attention to detail is a key factor to success, along with the ability to leverage technology, think on her/his feet and provide unparalleled customer experience.

Summary Of Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home sales of luxury custom window treatments & soft goods using established processes
• Meet & exceed monthly sales goals
• Recommend appropriate products based on project needs (budget, timeline)
• Produce and present detailed proposals for client approval
• Update project management system
• Create detailed specifications, ensuring a successful installation
• Prepare, manage and maintain client assets (physical and digital)
• Maintain transparent communication with clients and team members

Summary Of Skills

• Experience specifying and selling custom window treatments
• Experience in the luxury home interiors space
• Ability to take accurate measurements to ⅛” of an inch
• Comfortable interfacing with high net worth individuals & interior designers
• Thorough product knowledge of hard and soft treatments, custom hardware, blinds, shutters, shades
• Strong design skills, understanding of various types of fabrics, color, design aesthetics
• Ability to remain calm under pressure, providing proactive solutions to challenges
