Location: Hybrid- Arizona Preferred

Job Description:

As a Software Advisor specializing in the EPIC Healthcare Software at Savas Solutions, you will provide expert guidance and support to our development, support, and architecture teams. Your deep understanding of EPIC will be crucial in ensuring our solutions are effectively integrated, optimized, and aligned with industry standards. You will act as a key resource in translating EPIC requirements into actionable product enhancements and support strategies.

MUST HAVE 5 YEARS OF EPIC EXPERIENCE!! 

Key Responsibilities:

1. EPIC Expertise:

· Provide expert knowledge and insights on the EPIC system, including best practices, configuration, and optimization.

· Stay updated on the latest developments and updates in the EPIC system.

2. Consultation and Guidance:

· Advise cross-functional teams on the integration and use of EPIC in our software solutions.

· Assist in the design and implementation of workflows that maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of EPIC.

3. Support and Troubleshooting:

· Serve as a primary point of contact for EPIC-related issues and support inquiries.

· Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to EPIC, providing timely and effective solutions.

4. Stakeholder Engagement:

· Work closely with healthcare providers, administrators, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements related to EPIC.

· Translate stakeholder feedback into actionable insights and product enhancements.

5. Compliance and Standards:

· Ensure that our solutions comply with healthcare industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to EPIC.

· Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure ongoing compliance and performance optimization.

6. Cross-functional Collaboration:

· Collaborate with development, support, and architecture teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of EPIC within our products.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.

· Extensive experience with the EPIC Healthcare Software, including implementation, configuration, and support.

· Proven experience in a software advisory, consultancy, or similar role within the healthcare industry.

· Strong understanding of healthcare industry standards, regulations, and workflows.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

· Ability to balance technical and business perspectives and make informed decisions.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
