DAY-TO-DAY
This full-time sales management position travels as needed throughout the Metro-Detroit area.
As a Business Development Representative, you are essential to accelerating our sales objectives. You are enthusiastic about the electrical industry and enjoy sharing information about the latest products and services. Making frequent calls, you have a knack for locating relevant high-value prospects and establishing sales leads. Using your excellent communication skills, you work with potential customers to craft solutions that exceed their expectations. You competently negotiate pricing, create sales quotes, and finalize contracts with clients.
You are pleased to have a career that allows for frequent travel to industry functions such as events and conferences. Always eager to improve, you use your knowledge of the market and competition to develop unique selling propositions. As you track and manage all relevant sales activity, you also establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships. You hand off new customers to our project teams with clear scope and project deliverables. Between meeting clients, tracking sales analytics, and traveling, you're never bored!
