Overview
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the service department operations, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient workflow.

Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a team of service technicians and mechanics

- Keep and maintain a clean and organized shop

- Monitors all rental car usage

- Accepts smart jobs and knowing when/ when not to accept a job
- Coordinate service appointments and ensure timely completion of repairs
- Provide estimates for automotive repairs and services
- Monitor inventory levels and order necessary parts
- Develop and implement strategies to increase service department profitability
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Skills
- Proficiency in automotive repair, including diesel engine repair, shocks, struts, tire service, and auto body repair
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Experience in service technician roles
- Knowledge of suspension systems and auto estimating
- Ability to lead a team effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
