Saxon Aerospace is currently hiring a Director of Program Management for a growing aerospace company in Everett, WA.

Salary: $135,000-$160,000

As a Director of Program Management, you will oversee the strategic planning, development, and execution of the company’s programs and services.

Director, Program Management responsibilities include:

• Executes the strategic direction of the company’s product development operations and programs in collaboration with company leadership.
• Communicates with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders to identify and assess product and program requirements; applies this knowledge to support product development strategy.
• Oversees aerospace programs and proactively addresses and solves any issues and risks that arise.
• Develops, implements, and enforces key performance metrics, milestones, specifications, documentation and reporting requirements, and budgets.
• Tracks and analyzes program and process costs.
• Oversees and facilitates cross-functional projects and teams.
• Communicates department, program, and project performance and process to senior leadership through periodic status reports and presentations.
• Ensures compliance with industry and legal regulations and best practices, and adherence to company processes and procedures.
• Maintains knowledge in developing trends and technologies in the industry.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 10 years’ program management experience in aerospace manufacturing
• Experience leading cross-functional teams
• Experience utilizing ERP, MRP, and PLM tools
