Fleet Administrative Assistant - Billing Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant that can handle several projects at the same time to support the sales efforts of the organization.

Pay range : $25 - $30 per hour (DOE)
Shift : 8:00am - 5:00pm; Monday - Friday
Job Duties :

• Assist the sales team with support and gives clients a great experience
• Maintain client database
• Communicate with customers
• Process customer orders and run reports
• Invoice customers and process payments
• Processing special projects in a team environment
• Printing schedules on orders and routing deals for delivery
• Supporting our account managers and sales efforts, as well as special projects with fleet customers.

Qualifications:

• 5 years' experience
• Detail oriented, team player, self-starter
• Good communicator and customer service skills
• Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel & email.
• Able to work in a team environment.
• Will be required to work independently & also take initiative on their own (self-starter).
