We are seeking a seasoned Mid level Program Management Analyst in Washington, DC to deliver program management, acquisition, and financial support to the Navy's Mine Warfare Program Office. Requires current SECRET clearance, verifiable in DISS,
Work in a team environment to meet client challenges, provide critical thinking and analysis. Build and maintain essential relationships with direct clients and supporting commands.
Basic Qualifications

• Experience with program and financial management of government programs
• Experience with DoD Planning, Programming, Budgeting & Execution Process (PPBE) process
• Experience with consulting and technical advisement
• Ability to identify, conduct in-depth research, communicate, and propose resolutions to issues
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint & Outlook)
• Strong organizational skills helping clients manage, track, and report program status
• Strong written, editorial, and presentation skills, including preparation and delivery of executive-level briefings and reports

Nice If You Have

• Experience with DoD Acquisition or Navy Program Management Offices
• Knowledge of DoD Instruction 5000 series, Adaptive Acquisition Framework, DoD Financial Management Regulation
• Experience with Microsoft Project

• Bachelor's degree in management, engineering or scientific discipline or preferred experience
