Each associate is responsible for monitoring credit risk through file reviews, performing credit analysis on specific borrower, conducting data analysis on the portfolio to determine trends, risks, process flaws, etc. Function assists in ensuring all risks are identified and monitored as related to the lending function. Job Description Job Description Position is responsible for review and monitoring of the entire bank’s loan portfolio. Each associate is responsible for monitoring credit risk through file reviews, performing credit analysis on specific borrower, conducting data analysis on the portfolio to determine trends, risks, process flaws, etc. Function assists in ensuring all risks are identified and monitored as related to the lending function. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Review loan portfolio to determine level of credit risk. Complete analytical research on the loan portfolio include concentration analysis, stress testing, exception trends, etc. Assist in the methodology and process for calculating the allowance for loan losses. Prepare summary reports for Board and Management review Assist in the preparation of monthly asset quality reports Review and approve all change of loan status forms and complete impairment analysis as needed. Assist in monitoring and tracking of credit discounts on acquired assets. Ensures all departmental documents and activities are performed in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures as applicable to this position, including completion of required compliance training. Education and/or Experience BS/BA degree required, and One to two years of relevant work experience.
