Job Title: Senior Director, Digital Division: DigitalReports to: CEOPosition Overview:The Senior Director of Digital will lead our digital initiatives and drive our company's digital transformation strategy. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Senior Director of Digital will be responsible for developing and executing innovative digital strategies to elevate our online presence, optimize the digital customer experience, and increase digital sales.

- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with the company's overall objectives and growth targets.
- Lead the digital transformation efforts by identifying emerging digital trends and technologies relevant to the retail industry.
- Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, IT, Operations, and E-commerce to ensure seamless integration of digital initiatives across all channels.
- Drive website optimization and enhancements to improve user experience, increase traffic, and maximize online sales.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of digital initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in the digital landscape.
- Manage and mentor a team of digital professionals, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
- Establish partnerships with external vendors, agencies, and technology providers to leverage expertise and resources as needed.
- Serve as a digital thought leader within the organization, advocating for digital innovation and championing a culture of continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or related roles within the retail industry.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital strategies that drive business results.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate market trends and consumer behavior.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
