SBI Partners is currently working with a large company in the western suburbs to find a consultant who will manage the company's commission and compensation accounting. The ideal candidate will have experience in compensation/commission reporting, reconciliation, systems, and strong communication skills. This role will involve providing analysis and recommendations to leadership. The client operates on a hybrid model, with three days in the office and two days from home. Currently, this is a consulting role, but the company is discussing the possibility of converting it into a permanent position.

Responsibilities:

• Perform commission calculations once a quarter
• Manage scorecards
• Reconcile payments and results
• Analyze quarter-over-quarter results
• Analyze the impact of any changes on bottom-line profitability
• Partner with business leaders on strategic planning

Qualifications:

• 5 years of professional accounting experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or equivalent experience
• Experience with advanced Excel functions
• Experience in commissions/compensation accounting
