SBM Management is hiring a Cleanroom Technician in Hillsboro, OR! The Cleanroom Technician is responsible for keeping assigned areas in a clean and orderly condition and free of visible contaminations. The ideal candidate will have relevant training or coursework and be flexible, responsible, highly motivated and able to multi-task.
Responsibilities
- Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures; stop at risk behavior of others and self
- Perform work assignments as a team player
- Support shift lead in completing punch-list items
- Use proper personal protective equipment, including full body protective wear "Bunny Suits
- Understand customer service and satisfaction
- Understand reporting systems and importance of the environment
- Maintain the static free environment
- Work in confined space
- Fill in during staff shortage
- High School Diploma or GED
- 6 months of relevant experience - preferably in GMP/ critical space environment or have equivalence in training, including medical assistant coursework
- Must be comfortable wearing a "Bunny Suit" for 6-7 hours per shift and working in confined spaces
- Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently during assigned shift
- Effective English communication skills: written, verbal and comprehension
- Basic Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and general computer skills required
- Strong ability to problem solve and track and record detailed information
- Must be able to work in confined spaces
- Able to work wearing the clean room "Bunny suit"
- Bilingual is not required but is helpful.
- English speaking and reading for Intel computer training
