Overview:

SC Bodner Company is seeking an experienced Lease-Up Assistant Community Manager to join our dynamic team at The Lucie at Tradition in Port St. Lucie, Florida. This role is pivotal in assisting the Community Manager in achieving optimal occupancy levels and ensuring resident satisfaction in our residential community during the lease-up phase. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a strong understanding of leasing procedures and customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in executing leasing strategies to achieve occupancy goals.
• Respond promptly to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
• Conduct property tours for prospective residents, highlighting features and amenities.
• Prepare and process lease agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Follow up with prospects to secure lease commitments and maintain a database of prospective tenants.
• Assists Property Manager with preparation of daily and weekly reports, resident communications, move-out inventory, market surveys, etc.)
• Inspects move-outs and vacancies
• In the Property Manager’s absence, the incumbent assumes responsibility and accountability for managing the administrative, financial, personnel, maintenance, and leasing aspects of assigned property.

Desired Skills & Experience Requirements:

• 3 years of proven success in property management
• Proficiency in property management software (Onesite)
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills necessary
