Position Overview: As the Community Manager, you will oversee the daily operations and management of our class-A luxury apartment community. Your role is pivotal in maintaining the property's high standards, optimizing financial performance, and fostering a positive resident and team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management: Prepare and manage the operating budget to achieve financial objectives. Supervise rent collection, ensure accurate record-keeping, and manage expenses effectively.
  • Resident Relations: Implement programs to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. Achieve designated occupancy goals through effective sales strategies and leasing activities.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team. Foster a positive work environment that promotes productivity and ensures exceptional service delivery.
  • Property Maintenance: Oversee maintenance operations to ensure the physical asset is well-maintained, enhancing curb appeal and resident satisfaction. Schedule necessary improvements and repairs promptly.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Complete all necessary reports accurately and on time.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • 3 years of progressive experience in property management, preferably in luxury apartment communities.
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and control expenses.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
  • Proficient in Onesite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
