Laundry Attendant Salary : $16.00 per hour.

Laundry Attendant Shifts : Full-time , Day Shifts 7am-3pm, Alternating Weekends, Holidays.

We are hiring the BEST and BRIGHTEST Laundry Attendant to join our team for our long term care facility in Niskayuna, NY

Laundry Attendant Key Dutues

• Collecting andsorting soiled linen. Loading, and unloading machines, and folding clean linen.
• Clean, fold, and deliver personal clothing to the residents.
• Operates computer-operated commercial washers and dryers.

Laundry Attendant Qualifications

• Prior experience in Environmental Services preferred; we will provide on-the-job training for entry-level candidates. High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Ability to read, speak, and understand English, follow directions, and complete tasks.
• Ability to interact positively with residents, families, clients, other personnel, and the public.
• Ability to lift / carry a maximum of fifty pounds, push / pull a maximum of fifty pounds, stand, bend, and walk for extended periods of time.
