- Must be able to work in a Commission based Only Position**
- Conquer designated territory through prospecting and building client relationships.
- Collaborate with senior partners to master prospecting, managing, and negotiating transactions.
- Own your book of business in this commission-only role.
- Prospect and cultivate leads to build a robust client base.
- Provide expert guidance and advice to clients regarding property values, market trends, and investment strategies.
- Prepare and present comprehensive property presentations, proposals, and financial analyses.
- College degree required.
- Experience: 2 years in sales (Required)
- Completion of post-high school education/training (licensing, sales training, corporate training) a plus.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to thrive independently and within a team.
- Capacity to excel under pressure and take accountability.
- Exceptional prioritization and time management skills.
- Routine-driven lifestyle: disciplined and motivated
- Must have the "CRUSH IT" mindset
- License/Certification: Real Estate License (Preferred)
