Responsibilities:
- Learn about the products we sell and support operations team from a technical standpoint as needed
- Process all inbound returns
- Mechanically and electronically troubleshoot, identify and diagose malfuncations of weighing equipment
- Manage physical inventory and process outbound shipments as needed
- Assist customers in troubleshooting issues via phone
- Handle sales or other customer service related inquires as directed
- Make outbound marketing calls, as directed
- Assist eCommerce team with management of our overall operations, with an emphasis on managing data/spreadsheets
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Perform all other office tasks as directed
- Workload can vary week to week but generally is 1/3 techical, 1/3 sales/customer service and 1/3 data entry.
- General mechanical, electrical or computer hardware backround preferred
- Basic understanding of 120VAC wiring and/or DC signal wiring preferred
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Valid drivers license
- Ability to bend, and lift 50 lb for extended periods of time in a safe manner
