Currently, we are in search of a skilled and results-driven Senior VP International Sales Head to spearhead our sales strategies and boost revenue growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets.
Develop and execute successful sales strategies, programs, and initiatives to drive revenue growth.
Cultivate an environment of excellence, collaboration, and accountability within the sales team.
Drive enhancements in sales processes and methodologies to improve efficiency and efficacy.
Take charge of profit and loss (P&L) responsibility for the international sales division.
Create and manage budgets, business plans, and financial forecasts to meet revenue and profitability objectives.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement necessary corrective measures.
Collaborate closely with various teams to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and clients globally.
Stay informed about trends and opportunities in digital media measurement.
Leverage expertise in data analytics and enterprise performance management to effectively position solutions in the market.
Utilize knowledge of the Microsoft Data Analytics stack to drive sales and offer valuable insights to clients.
Demonstrate a proactive approach in expanding business with existing clients through strategic initiatives.
Build and maintain a robust network of industry connections, potential clients, and strategic partners.
Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
15-20 years of progressive experience in sales within enterprise software solutions.
Proven success in sales leadership roles, including team management and revenue growth.
Solid background in enterprise sales, cloud management, data analytics, and IT services.
Understanding of data analytics, enterprise performance management, and digital media measurement.
Experience collaborating with global cross-functional teams and coordinating sales across multiple regions.
Knowledge of the Microsoft Data Analytics stack and its market applications.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Sharp business acumen and ability to analyze market trends.
This is a hybrid role requiring on-site availability in either Dallas, TX, or Atlanta, GA, with a salary plus commission structure.
