You will collaborate with a team of professionals in India initially, with the potential to lead a local delivery team in the future. Reporting to the Managing Director, your role will involve identifying client challenges, designing solutions, and overseeing front-end delivery operations.
ResponsibilitiesGrowing the Procurement Vertical:

• Develop Procurement Consulting & Outsourcing capabilities
• Lead training sessions for internal teams
• Create impactful case studies showcasing business benefits

Improving Visibility

• Represent our firm at industry events to enhance brand visibility
• Position our firm as a trusted advisor to clients
• Contribute to marketing initiatives like webinars and articles

Business Development

• Acquire new customers and manage the sales cycle
• Cultivate relationships with existing clients for repeat business
• Provide expertise in Procurement Consulting & Outsourcing solutions
• Ensure client satisfaction and drive measurable results

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Procurement Consulting & Outsourcing solutions
• Industry experience in various sectors including Life Sciences, Consumer Goods, and Semiconductors
• Strong understanding of procurement technology platforms such as SAP Ariba and Coupa procurement
• Demonstrated track record in delivering successful projects
• Ability to engage with executive-level stakeholders and provide strategic solutions

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Finance
• MBA in Finance/Operations Management or APICS certification
• 6 to 8 years of post-MBA experience (experience in healthcare industry is a plus)
