- Client is focused on expanding its Procurement services and consulting in North America, offering an exciting opportunity for individuals with Procurement expertise and implementation experience.
- The position involves managing a team of local professionals to provide solutions to clients, reporting to the Managing Director.
- Build Procurement Consulting & Outsourcing capability by creating a knowledge repository, conducting training sessions, and developing impactful case studies.
- Enhance visibility by representing Client at various events and positioning Client as a strategic partner to industry clients.
- Lead business development efforts by acquiring new customers, maintaining existing client relationships, and sharing market updates with Client leadership.
- Translate clients' requirements into customized solutions in Strategic Sourcing, purchase-to-pay services procurement, and category management.
- Deliver measurable results to clients, act as the primary point of contact, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Co-ordinate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve results and lead proposal development activities leveraging existing relationships.
- Hands-on understanding of Procurement Consulting & Outsourcing solutions in various industries.
- Proven track record in delivering Procurement Consulting & Outsourcing solutions and understanding related technologies.
- Ability to network, negotiate, and provide consultative solutions to clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Procurement tools such as Coupa procurement, Oracle, SAP Ariba, and Ivalua.
- Bachelor's in Engineering/Finance, MBA (Finance/Operations Management)/APICS.
- 6 to 8 years of post-MBA experience (preferably 2-3 years in the healthcare industry).
