This position is a critical technology role responsible for designing and developing software within finance technology platforms, with particular emphasis on SAP integrations within the broader finance ecosystem.

This position is a critical technology role responsible for designing and developing software within finance technology platforms, with particular emphasis on SAP integrations within the broader finance ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test high-performance, scalable, and flexible software solutions focused on SAP S/4 integrations between internal and external systems.
- Oversee technical coding changes, ensuring they adhere to standards for performance on large-scale ERP systems.
- Make recommendations on technical decisions for complex development scenarios requiring transformation from existing processes.
- Translate business requirements into integration design specifications.
- Understand the interdependencies of development changes and their impacts on other workstreams, clearly communicating these impacts.
- Oversee the requirements process, ensuring traceability of high-level requirements throughout the program.
- Participate in data analysis activities as needed.
- Manage delivery by vendor resources, driving towards timely, budget-friendly, and functional outcomes.
- Ensure effective, proactive, and open communication across all levels to maintain transparency regarding program goals, progress, and issues.
- Support the creation of a healthy team environment, promoting transparency and discipline in all discussions and communications.
- Document and comprehend complex integration pipelines from numerous systems across the globe.
