- Direct the operations of a CPA business, specializing in individual and business tax, and small business accounting.
- Manage an existing business while expanding the client base and providing consistent support.
- Contribute to the organization's vision of expanding the US market in tax and accounting services.
- Cultivate and enhance client relationships with a strong client-centric focus.
- Service Orientation: Commitment to meeting the evolving needs of both internal and external customers.
- Result Orientation: Ability to develop and implement action plans to achieve business objectives promptly.
- Initiative: Proactively identify challenges and seek solutions in the role.
- Professionalism: Demonstrate ethical conduct and expertise in all functions.
