The JobAs a Project Manager, you are a highly motivated problem solver who will oversee and coordinate the planning, execution, and delivery key workstreams within SCAN’s “Road to Non-delegated Risk” portfolio. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic objectives, manage resources, mitigate risks, and drive successful outcomes. Your role will involve establishing and maintaining governance structures and tracking project milestones and key performance indicators (KPIs).
You WillDevelops, maintains, and publishes various work products including but not limited to project work plans; action items/risks and issues/decisions trackers; status reports; meeting agendas and supporting notes. Proactively engages with department leaders to ensure progress on key decisions and action items.
Delivers tactical support to workstream teams in completing program planning activities, ensuring deliverables are completed in alignment with leadership expectations and quality standards.
Leads cross-functional workgroup and subgroups to ensure program is on track to support necessary scale and membership growth across multiple markets.
Supports Program Lead with strategic thinking around project and system-wide risks and opportunities.
Provides input to executive communications (i.e., PowerPoint decks, one-page summaries, meeting and workstream notes) for Executive Leadership / Senior Leadership teams and steering committees as needed. Helps prep and synthesize executive materials for Program Lead to review and sign-off.
Responsible for becoming deeply knowledgeable of the people, processes, technologies, and data supporting our clinical and member services initiatives and day-to-day operations, building a network of key contacts across the organization who can support cross-functional projects that impact new market success.
Contributes to SCAN’s overall road to non-delegated risk roadmap, including longer term value-based clinical initiatives and member engagement system enhancements.
Actively support the achievement of SCAN’s Vision and Goals.

Your QualificationsPreferred, but not required: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent level of experience
A comparable combination of education/experience and/or training will be considered equivalent to the education listed above.
PMP, preferred
3-5 years of project management experience in a Managed Health Care or healthcare startup setting experience
Medicare/Medicaid preferred.
Consulting Background Preferred But Not Required.Familiarity with contact center operations and/or utilization management preferred but not required.
Strong data analysis skills including understanding of basic research methods, and ability to make decisions accordingly.
Certifications deemed to be reasonable to function at this level
Proficiency with MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with Microsoft Project a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills, including excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills; Ability to multitask.
Ability to appropriately maintain confidentiality.
Excellent presentation skills.
