Responsibilities:

• Promptly respond to service calls specifically for bathroom maintenance and renovation projects.
• Access properties securely, often on short notice, for bathroom inspections and work.
• Conduct detailed assessments of bathroom conditions, identifying needs for repairs or upgrades.
• Execute a range of bathroom-specific tasks including plumbing, tiling, fixture installation, and waterproofing.
• Coordinate with other professionals for specialized tasks like electrical work or custom cabinetry.
• Deliver comprehensive reports with photos and videos of the bathroom before and after the project.
• Maintain clear communication with property managers and investors regarding project status and timelines.

Qualifications:

• Valid General Contractor’s license with a focus or significant experience in bathroom renovations.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and follow precise instructions.
• Familiarity with current trends and materials in bathroom design and functionality.
• Flexibility in schedule to meet project deadlines, available on short notice.

Compensation:

• Pay is on a per-project basis, commensurate with the complexity and duration of each bathroom project.
