Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join our team in the Bloomington office. This role involves remotely overseeing business development activities through December, with a transition to detailed design starting in January that will require onsite commitment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a proven track record in engineering management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the engineering team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

• Define project roadmaps, set priorities, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.

• Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

• Ensure project milestones and deliverables are met, maintaining high standards of quality and performance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business development, design, and construction, to achieve project goals.

• Drive business development efforts, identifying new opportunities and expanding client relationships.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field is preferred.

• Proven experience in engineering management, with a strong background in business development.

• Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

• Ability to transition from remote work to onsite commitment as required by project phases.
