Schaeffer Oil is looking for an Administrative Assistant for Product Technology with a background in the following:

· Filing compliance forms with regulatory agencies

· Document Management to include Safety Data sheets, Technical Data sheets and other technical information.

· Create and maintain database for technical information

· Maintain contracts for the Lube Equipment Program

· Maintain department schedule / calendars for department personnel; arranging meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel

Requirements of the position:

· Associate’s degree or Higher

· 3 years’ relevant administrative experience

· Extensive experience with Adobe Editor, and Microsoft Office Applications (particularly Excel and PowerPoint).

· Excellent written communication skills including writing/proofreading, grammar, punctuation and spelling.

· Excellent communication, organizational and administrative skills.

· Professional telephone etiquette.

· Ability to maintain confidentiality, be trustworthy, and have a professional and positive outlook.

· Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects/requests.
