Your Key Responsibilities

• Learn about Schaeffler's business operations, products, production processes, and sustainability commitment
• Develop and implement digital solutions using a range of technologies, including data engineering, advanced analytics, AI, IoT, AR/VR, Cloud, and Mobile technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate digital technologies, design prototypes for digital solutions to digital experience efficiency and effectiveness through digital experience
• Ideate and translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories, deploying solutions and providing training to key users
• Innovate and actively contribute to technological advancements within the organization, aiming to drive growth and maintain a competitive edge in the industry

Your QualificationsMinimum:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor/Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field (currently enrolled in university)
• Creative hands-on individual who has good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Possession of problem-solving skills and ability to be self-directed
• External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship.

Preferred:

• Programming knowledge in digital technologies
