Your Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media channels, ensuring timely delivery and strategic alignment.
• Define goals and success metrics, track performance, and generate detailed reports on marketing program results.
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with privacy and communication regulations.
• Oversee marketing materials, ensuring they are current, relevant, and accessible.
• Track marketing budgets and expenditures, ensuring compliance with financial guidelines and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to manage booth design, promotional materials, logistics, and on-site execution. Ensure successful company representation, with some travel required.

RequiredYour Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or similar field
• 2-4 years’ experience in marketing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in office software and familiarity with marketing tools. Preferably Microsoft, Adobe, and social media accounts
• Working knowledge of B2B marketing support
• External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship.

Preferred

• 3 years’ experience in B2B marketing
• Automotive aftermarket experience
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• A high level of skill in planning, prioritizing, and coordinating multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Advanced experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook & Teams; Adobe Illustrator; SalesForce; and familiarity with video marketing
