JOB SUMMARY

As the Senior & Adult Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for desk operations including answering phone calls and returning voicemails; processing registrations; monitoring and clearing waitlists; maintaining weekly inventory of supplies; acting as a liaison for senior trips; troubleshooting issues that may arise; and in general,

providing outstanding customer service to all patrons of the center.

LOCATION: Community Recreation Center, 505 N. Springinsguth Rd. Schaumburg, IL 60194

QUALIFICATIONS: The best applicants will have a friendly, outgoing personality, reliable and prior office/customer service experience is a plus. Must be able to use a computer to navigate various website applications as well as the ability to stand and bend during scheduled shift. The ability to complete our CPR/AED certification within 30 days also required.

SCHEDULING & PAY

This is a year-round part-time position starting immediately. Schedule will vary but you can expect to work about 20-25 hours per week. Trip days may be early morning to early evening. Hiring rate is $18 per hour.
