Job Title: Customer Service/Accounting Specialist
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Provide information to customers regarding the company’s multiple business segments and help resolve difficulties directly or through involvement of other business resources.
2. Reconcile cash and credit card receipts, make bank deposits and ensure funds are properly credited to individual auctions and sales.
3. Assist the auction consignment team in scheduling the drop-off of auction goods and providing customers with updates regarding the sale of personal property items.
4. Gather customer information and help to schedule Real Estate/Personal Property meetings with Specialists.
5. Ensure regulation compliance for sales involving firearms and vehicle transfers.
6. Responsible for tracking and ordering all company supplies.
