Job Description

We are a home health agency who provide non-skilled personal care services to medicaid children with developmental disabilities from 0 to 21 years old.

Requirements:

18 years or older
HHA/CNA
Clean Background
High School Diploma
CPR/First Aid Training and Certification
Infection Control Training and Certification
HIV/AIDS 4hour Awareness Training and Certification
Be a FL State Medicaid Provider (if you are not this is something we assist with and further details are provided during interview and orientation process)
