What the Ideal Candidate will do:

Supports the Accounting department with accounts receivables and payables by performing the following duties:

• Assist with preparing accounts payable invoices for payment.
• Audits and processes employee expense reports.
• Assists with accounts payable checks, wire, and ACH transfers.
• Performs accounts receivable and appropriate follow ups for all customers. 
• Assist with journal entries.
• Assist with monthly accounting close and year-end audit.
• Perform data entry and other clerical tasks as assigned.
